It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I have been downloading some of my games from gog using heroic on linux or lutris but i encountered an issue where i am able to log in but was unable to download any game. At first, i thought it was a linux thing but then i also tried to download the same games directly from browser and failed.

On further brainstorming i was able to resolve the issue when i switched my dns from quad9 to the default dns of my isp.
As much as i regret to say it but it seems we are not able to download games from gog using quad9 dns at the moment.
DNS details:9.9.9.9 or 149.112.112.112.

P.S. Heroic was failing to retrieve game info itself when we click on download i.e. unable to retrieve game size, etc.So if you have a similar issue might be better to change dns than opening a bug on github.

Strange. What exactly does this "Quad9" DNS purport to do? I went looking at their website, and while it's a UI design disaster, I failed to ascertain any useful information that wasn't just marketing fluff.

Sure, I use a nonstandard DNS too (AdGuard, because you can't block ads on a smartTV so easily...) but I feel like I'm not paranoid enough to understand what Quad9 does.
