On the Victor Vran sub forum a developer has said they will be released here on may 30th, but they may have revised the release date since then.

That's really weird because on their Facebook account a guy said still didn't guarantee a GOG release .

There is other DLC already released here, I've got it and GOG also got the patches. So there is some after release support on GOG.

That link says nothing about "released here" anywhere. I like your faith, but I'll wait and see. GOG is notoriously bad about telling us about things that are actually coming to the catalog.
