is there a recording software you woul recommend for doing ingame videos?
I'm a noob at this :-)

I've been using OBS Studio for a few videos, and found it fairly simple and well-featured. It supports both recording for later editing, as well as direct streaming to a few services (Twitch and Youtube among others). You can set up scenes with multiple video overlays (say a Skype conversation, or just a camera pointing at your face while playing) or still images (such as a frame around the game or a logo in the corner).

DosBox has a built-in video recorder. I don't remember what the hotkeys are.
