toyman55: When I joined, I joined as a Mac user, most games would tell me before purchase that that it did not work for Mac, but the WC Bundle said Mac, and I purchased it. But turns out, only 1 of the 2 games were for Mac.
WC 2 on GOG is a Windows game; theoretically GOG could have used a Wine wrapper as they have for some games, but that's not a great idea because they don't ever seem to update the wrapper, so it eventually gets out of date. It's better just to use Wine with the Windows version. It's not quite as easy as just downloading a Mac version, but as mentioned above, PortingKit will work and is quite simple.
Darvond: Warcraft II was made back in the PowerPC days. Someone would have to redo all the compilations from now ancient libraries to get it running on the ARM.
Maybe next time don't buy an overpriced computer running the stepchild of Unix.
Maybe next time don't make moronic comments about things you know nothing about. You can't "redo all the compilations" because it was made for an entirely different operating system, not just a different CPU (CPUs, actually; 68K + PPC). Also, macOS is
certified Unix, not a "stepchild". For a long time now Unix is a specification about whether an OS is 100% compliant with Unix standards (and the company making the OS paid the $$$).
