I really don`t understand this. Seems like i already own Warhammer40000 even if i didn`t have the time yet to play it. So i asked for a refund. and i got it. But what sense does this advertisement make ???? Or did i understand this wrong ?

The complain is probably about a Warhammer 40,000 Dawn of War - Anniversary Edition discount code for everyone who has subscribed to GOG newsletters.

i try to understand the mess of versions and special prices for pakets i already own or do not really own. I don`t understand it.... i got a mail with 3Euro price for a warhammer 40000 and bought it first bur then it looked as i already own it ---- no idea ... then got a 2. mail with thanks for the purchase and a link that brought me to another version with another price...... jep maybe an advertisement tro everyone.. i simply ignore it. making no sense to think more about it... thx.

If you'd already own it, you wouldn't be able to buy it (unless you mean you own it from somewhere else than GOG of course). The game in question is Warhammer 40000 Dawn of War and there is only one version of it being sold on GOG, but if you go to the store page, you see regular sale price rather than special newsletter discount you used in the first place.
