Where the heck is the "hide games that I own" button on the main store menu? Is my browser buggy or something? I considered that a invaluable service.

The disappearance of the button is a bug, it's not intentional. A blue has already confirmed GOG is aware of the problem and looking into it.

You could also check this topic for a temporary workaround.
