Would also be nice to have the Project Gotham Series which are the games inspired by MSR, i know they are Microsoft owned but have also voted for them in the Dreamlist

There are a lot of good games published by Sega and I would happily see every game that they have published here. But if I could pick my personal top three desired games then they would be:

Persona 5 (and the rest of the Persona series)
Valkyria Chronicles
Castle of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse

The Persona games, definitely. I spent so much time playing through those games last year, and it was such a enjoyable and unique experience.
