I remember way back in jr highschool playing Montezuma's Revenge released in 1984. This was on C64 for me but it also says it was released on PC. A very fun game. Would like to see it here, not sure those really old games are enough that gog would want put them on here but they sure were fun.

That reminds me of another fun game on C64 Blueprint, there were a bunch really not sure they ever be re released. They sure could be good sellers as mobile games, just because they are old doesn't mean they weren't fun.

It would be hypothetically more possible to see the 1997 3D platformer game Montezumas's Return, probably in hands of Take Two Interactive.

Crappy game so I hope they don't waste resources on it.

I remember that game. Would be nice to have it here but back from that era of absurd difficulty and lives.

I also remember the 3D version that was actually quite fun. It was made by one of those shovelware developers. WizardWorks? Would love to have their catalogue here. Even if the titles aren't great, not a bad way to spend an afternoon.

I loved this game! I never knew what it was called, I just have very vague memories of playing it as a child. Oh my goodness the nostalgia!

Awesome! Until this very moment, I wasn't aware that there exists an official reboot of Montezuma's Revenge. O.O
I loved playing this on my C64.
Would definitely be an instabuy, if GOG managed to release it here.

Thank you very much! I didn't know about this until this very moment!

Looking at GOG's latest releases, we now might even get Custer's Revenge.

Too bad it doesn't include the C=64 version. I'd buy that.

There's also a very nice freeware remake (you have to scroll down to find the download link):

Yes, but only if you drink the water in a foreign country.

But more seriously, I think like Crystal Caves HD, this is probably an easy in for the handful of people who want this old shareware classic. Isn't Antarctic Adventure, Pharaoh's Tomb, and Monuments of Mars all related to this? And if not, can we get those anyway?

It has an option for the old or the new graphics.

Pharoah's Tomb and Antarctic Adventure are both available on Zoom Platform. They were just released a few weeks ago.
