No selfrepscting fora can do without it.....

So....

Without any regard for owned character....

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Whot a bullshit is this game, i boot the game, of course i enabled the 60 fps limit and look whot happenend......

Whot a money grab is this game!!! This is really a sign of how developers mock their own fans in 2023 - 2024.

And the arrogance, they even stated this before release, well.. the game is not up to spec but hey btw this is in Johnny Silverhand voice guess what... Fuck You fans ..... Fuck you world!!!! we don't care!!! we are IT dude

disclaimer
in current day game environment i resorted to limiting my gpu at 50% power
results shown are partly due to this restriction

Yeah, should be posted on Steam community discussions...
Drinking a bit much into the night, are we?
OP I hope you did refund for the game. That is best way to show it to the developers for releasing such a mess of a game.

Well i did hear a rumor that they released the game even though it doesn't perform good. Guess this confirms it

People are saying you need 4080 just to play the game at 1080p, with 60-fps.
I wonder if any of them will put the Launch Arcology back in?
23 fps isn't so bad, now is it?

For a potato PC, it would be fine. This is a high-end card drawing 239 watts, if I'm interpreting the information on the overlay correctly.

Had a chance to try it out - the building of roads etc is much nicer than unmodded CS1 and a lot of the base game assets look amazing. Performance is a worry but they will sort that out before Christmas hopefully.

My main concern is that Paradox will gate all the functionality from CS1 behind DLC spam and expect everyone to buy it all again, and I won't, so I can't get excited about this game. I really liked the first and I still have unfinished business there.

I really hate how it looks, i took an hour to experiment with the settings, i did manage to get a crisp 48 fps at a reasonable wattage 150 - 200 but .... the graphics are horrific.

Lousy scaling options, at least for an nvidia - intel build

I've seen some gameplay footage, and aesthetically it looks worse than the original - played a bit of the original Cities with my free EGS copy (still want to see this on GOG) - and its hardware reqs are ridiculous. The lot warpings look absolutely baffling too. Even the first game handles uneven terrain better. They did delay the console release for a reason, but they should have done the same with the PC version. ... I still can't fathom why anyone would want to play these types of games on console. I just cringe thinking about having to play such with a gamepad.

Railway Empire works quite well, you do have to know all the icons related to goods details from the head since there is no hovering over. (maybe i missed a help button). I guess i would have welcomed a controler for civ too. For AoW it works quite well. Battlestar is a title where it did not work for me. Usually i'm quite laidback with a controller in hand but BSG really did expect the extraordinairy.

I have not tried transport fever 2 but i imagine it similar to railway empire... though naming all those routes etc
Oh and almost forgot, spellforce 3, i actually got a bit of fear there 'bout how i was supposed to manage everything with a controller :O

You actually played an RTS/RPG hybrid with a gamepad ?
