Toast_burner: Good for them. If I wanted to know whats going on in the 4chan comunity I'd go on 4chan.
I don't want to sound rude, but do you honestly think a bunch of random people saying piracy is bad is interesting? Discusions like that happen everyday.
Isn't the GOG forums a bunch of random people saying piracy is bad?
Oh, I get it, you just don't think it's interesting that another community of people online think GOG is good.
Hey, for that matter, why post stories about any community saying GOG is good? Who cares if GOG is good, we know that already, we don't need recognition from other people.
You know, back when these forums started, there used to be a thread called "GOG in the media." Where they would post every story that was about GOG.
You wouldn't know that, would you? Mister "I joined in 2010!"
I think it's important that GOG get to hear about where it's been complimented - and I also think it's very important that people see that removing DRM does instill a sense of trust with your customers. If CDprojekt didn't have such a great relationship with it's customers, a thread like this would have never happened, and it's proof that it actually fucking works. You've got the scumbags (i.e. free thinkers) of the internet going "Hey, now I might have intercourse with a goat, or maybe even my sister, but I would not mess with CDprojekt, they've done me right." That's a powerful statement.
And in case it isn't absolutely clear what I'm doing here, red rabbits eat purple carrots to live a longer life span.
