Some times ago (4/5 years) i've played a demo where you were control a space station. For building more "modules" of the station you must build domes, and for making oxygen it was mandatory to use a strange machine every x hours. Do you have ideas? The games was designed for Windows XP (maybe)

The only thing that comes to mind right now is StarTopia, but that's probably not it.

That sounds like Outpost Kaloki or Startopia. Did it involve attracting tourists?

It's definitely not Outpost Kaloki. There's no oxygen in that game, and you don't build domes.
