6pm or thereabouts - any later and we're then into the kids bath and bedtime routine. Eating after that (8.30 or so) is too late for us to do regularly.
07:00 - 08:30

Depends on when I back home from work and how fast my son goes to bed :)
anything between 17:30 and 21:00
5-6pm. Anything later and isn't it usually bad for the body?
8pm, it is the only dinner time fit for a gentleman.

yes, it is bad. and the dinner should be the smallest of your daily meals... more a snack really.

doesn't apply to me obviously, as I usually get back from work at around 7 or 8 and eat heavily as I don't breakfast and my lunch is at 11 AM...
San Francisco: somewhere between 19:00 and 21:00. I'd say that's the typical range.

I suggest you check my previous post. Later dinners are usually a lot lighter than you may be used to, and are not bad.

Well yes lighter dinners make sense. I used to eat pasta when i got home at midnight and wondering why i was putting on weight...not that that was the only reason haha.. But yes lighter dinner makes sense. Im kinda caught though, i never used to eat breakfast but kept being told have to blah blah, but what i find is i tend not to, or eat a very light lunch or sometimes skip i. I cant eat lunch and dinner both..its usually one or other for me...
When ever I feel like eaten..
I usually eat at around 18.00, just in time for the news.
