I'm in!

Favorite recipes would be Chicken in a Cauliflower Cream or Chicken & Zucchini Casserole.

Both recipes are entirely too long for me to type in here (and also I'm lazy).

But they are in this cookbook (the best cookbook I own, and I own a bunch):

Probably not as easy to find on the other amazons...

Lots of other good recipes in there too. He tends to make things very hot which you can tone down if yer a sissy. He also cooks everything on high heat which I don't do (cause I'm a sissy) and everything turns out great anyway.

And it is! But this is only a version, the "real deal" (or "Feijoada Completa") takes LOTS of pork cuts... I don't like pork, mind you, but the smell and taste of beans, beef and sausages are just amazing! ;p
