hi folks, new to GoG and am very happy to have found some old favorites,already in my cart infact,
i am actually looking for age of empires 3 and i think my search has been fruitless in that department, however i am not going away empty handed :}

No microsoft games here. Yet.
AoE3 is on their own DD site....but it's kind of expensive.....

Hopefully we'll get it eventually. I really want Age of Mythology. However Gog does have the similar Empire Earth series.

I didn't play AoE3, but I have played the others and these: these don't hold a candle to AoE or AoE2.

Alpha Centauri and Civ2 would both be better (though not available on GOG either).

I agree that AoE2 is better than Empire Earth, but my personal favourite is AoM. I think we also have a sin-off series to civilization 2. Call of Power I think. I've also wanted to try Rise of Nations, it looks really good. Maybe we'll get that eventually.

i lost age of empires 3 on my old HDD got wet and i lost a bunch of old games i had stored on there, apart from battle tech and a cpl others age of empires 3 is one i havent been able to find anywere :}

Yup, most certainly. AOE2 is just too good. Campaign wise and multiplayer wise.

You can buy the collection with AOE 1 and 2 with expansions for ten bucks. I've seen it at Wal-Mart, and I know Xplosiv released it too (I have it).
