keeveek: Not interested in this mediocre game. Well, I've only played it on Microsoft stand in gaming shop, and it was meh.
No visible blood was the worst. Horror game, with axes and shit but no blood? c'mon...
Whitecroc: Thriller, not horror. There's a difference, or so I hear. No visible blood was the worst. Horror game, with axes and shit but no blood? c'mon...
You played it in a store and you call it "mediocre"? This was one of the best games of twenty ten. You're doing yourself a great disservice by judging it on something as trivial as lacking blood.
Core thriller shouldn't have any supernatural elements, like Silence of the lambs, for example.
And it's not one of the best games of 2010, because nobody actually bought it. (it sold poorly)
Graphics engine was superb, and nothing more. Maybe the story is good, but fighting mechanics? Nigga, please! Alan is walking through the forest, suddenly, wild enemies wave appears! (who look like undead rednecks if you asked me) Shoot fuckers up (and almost die of boredom), proceed. Oh, there's another stupid fight ahead of you. And maybe some EXTRA HARD puzzle like pulling the lever may surprise you. Oh, there's a cutscene. And another boring fight.
Maybe the story is good, but the rest of the game ruins eager to get to know it, for me.
It's like Silent Hill's retarded little brother.
