They're sold out. I think the individual games are in stock.. but the keys they have for the bundles have been depleted.

I find it funny as well, talk about artificial scarcity. Having said this I do understand Amazon likely has an agreement to sell a specific number of licenses.

Well.. all of the bundles that have sold out have Steam keys. It's not like they carried an infinite number of keys. They'll probably be restocked, but Tony is on vacation so it may be a while.

Actually, I had those in the OP a while ago, but removed them because Tony never mentioned them, I wasn't sure if the prices were ever going live or not.. those bundles kinda suck so I thought maybe they were cancelled.

Seriously though, I don't think anyone would mind if you bumped whenever you update. Spyleaks was supposed to be free until the 17th, but I just bought the Combat pack and still got the credit.
From the hero pack, the only ones I'm missing are Cell HD and Jones on Fire. Any chance we'll see these in an Indie Royale or something? The Amazon downloader for the smaller indie games is kind of annoying.

It's free through the 17th, meaning it ends tomorrow (I know, the wording on the site can be confusing). I think Cell HD will probably be indie bundled (other than Amazon) or on IGS at some point, not sure about Jones on Fire.
