I have it pre-ordered but I actually just wanted to pay for it now, how do I do that?; I can't find it on my account page or on the TW2 page. thanks.

"Presale and predownload starts on May 10" -> I assume that's when you can start paying for the game.

This. Klaymen must not have heard yet.

And once you pay for it you can download the free game and can download all but part of The Witcher 2. Not sure about if the extras are available before release though.

edit: Clarified something I thought was worded poorly.
