Elmofongo:
The French Rev was an interesting part of history, I am excited to see what they do with this. Actually, if I could play an RPG set during such a setting, playing as a scholar character would be loads more funner.

monkeydelarge: It would be nice if they spent more time optimizing their games instead of constantly shitting out more games. Most of their games run like bad console ports.
That only is so because their PC games nowadays ARE bad console ports. ;-)

This however I would play instantly. A full RPG during the french revolution, where you can choose sides (absolute monarchy vs. constitutional monarchy vs. civil liberties revolutionary vs. totalitarian/terror regime revolutionary vs. bourgoisie etc) and experience the revolution from different points of view, would be awesome!

I just hope Ubi does not make the guys who instigated the Revolution moral saints rebelling against the evil Monarchy of france. And since Ubi is a French company I don't know how French People view the guys who caused the Revolution today.

reaver894: I havent got round to playing black flag or revolutions yet...
i havent got past brotherhood.no matter how great the atmosphere or the score is the gameplay is just numbingly boring in this series for me.

It took me six months to slog through AC: Revelations, the only good parts were the Altair missions. The gameplay mechanics are highly repetitive and side missions/collectibles are not fun to do. Batman: Arkham City is an example of how a game should be done where there are exciting side missions and even all the riddler trophy puzzles are unique as well as really fun to do.

We cut his head ... and nobody thinks it was a bad idea.

They're not giving this a number?
I thought French Revolution would be a good spot for them to go. Kinda interested in how they will handle it.
