Wolf Blitzer is a CNN anchor.
Blitzer is a position in Blood Bowl (often the most talented &/or violent players...).
Blood bowl presenters often moan about the lack of illegal drugs used during matches...

Not entirely sure where I'm going here, but it's a great game that everyone should play :)

Maybe he means the television frequency, in which the frequency of CNN is somewhere in this list: http://www.csgnetwork.com/tvfreqtable.html
Since CNN is Sattalite I think it would hide in the wireless cable range from 2100 to 2700 MHertz
