Ugh, I have to go back to work today. I would prefer not to. Instead of skipping work, I decided to host a small competition.

The RPGs I played most as a small child were the SSI Gold Box games. The RPG I played almost as most was Ultima VII. I would like to give YOU a got code for Ultima VII.

To enter, just let me know what you hate most about your job. If you don't have a job, let me know what you would hate most about it if you had one.

For me, it's that my job isn't at the pub with my friends. Sigh...

Edit: The winner will be chosen by the god of randomness

+1 for the giveaway.

I'm currently between jobs. However what I hate is having a boss that thinks (because they are the boss) that they know better than you do what you should be doing.

NOT IN THOUGH
+ 1 for the generous giveaway.

In delicious irony, I'm actually typing this post from my work laptop in a hotel room in a remote part of the state of Virginia on a Sunday afternoon. It feels.....unnatural. Anyway, I generally enjoy my job, but the travel can be intrusive at times, so I'll go with that.
Nice giveaway. I had some part-time jobs in the summer.I will remember one - i was working in a factory putting together switches. And I liked how most of the staff there were old ladies that liked to boss around and just gossip about every little thing that has happened in it. It was neverending flow of words that told you: Do that! Don't do it like this! and Have you heard what X has done? But atleast they paid well and on time :D
My current job involves an uncomfortable amount of standing/walking for someone who broke his ankle just over a year ago.
What I would hate the most of a job if I had one, the physical activity. I've got bad lungs, a number of different allergies, a weak immune system and a low level of endurance even in my best heath (And my health has been way worse the past couple months). I'm not sure if I'd last very long in a purely physical based position.
What I hate most form my job/s is that it/they isn't/aren't paid. I love what i do! I write and draw comics and talk in a weekly humor radio show. All is good, almost perfect. But it doesn¡t give ANY MONEY. So it's not officially a "job". And I HATE THIS SOOOO MUCH because, you know, I like to live.

On other news, thanks for the giveaway!
What I hate the most in my job is that I stay in front of the computer for so many hours in week days that sometimes I get home too tired to turn on my PC to play games (hello, huge backlog of good games due to that!), not to mention the occasional back pain and fingers pain.

EDIT: forgot to thank you for the giveaway!

Thanks for the giveaway htown1980. I'm definitely a big fan of the Ultima series, and it's what brought me in to the computer RPG many, many moons ago. Count me in please. :)

Anyways, I am thankful and appreciative of the job that I do have. But if anything, it's the sometimes long hours, the weekend work, and the late night phone calls for support and/or emergencies. In the IT field that's what you can expect I suppose.
Out of work now.. But I would hate Mondays the most like a lot of people...

Thank you for the giveaway!
I was just thinking about creating a "I have to go back to work tomorrow please cheer me up" thread when I saw your post. HA!

I already have ultima vii so don't count me in.

Cheers!
in for:
Ultima VII

what you hate most about your job:
its the same people and same problems everyday.

thanks for hosting a giveaway!
+1
What I hate: I get paid piecemeal, so if there's no work, there's no money for me, but I don't really get to goof off comfortably, just wait around for more work to come in.

Thanks for this gog giveaway!
Not super keen to bump this because the fewer entrants the more likely you will win, but I thought I should add the competition will close at 6am Perth time (around 11.5 hours).

Also, I will be having a number competition tomorrow for my birthday which will involve a give away of Wing Commander 1 + 2, games that I loved as a child, and still love now, especially now that we have a heap of expansion packs added.

Thanks for all the interesting comments by the way.
Office coffee simply isn't good enough. Colleagues simply must buy coffee for x5 price from local cafes because "there is such a big difference". Maybe I'm just a philistine.

Pretty good job if that's my biggest complaint, eh?
