What I really hope they do is add more cameos on the hero side of things. The rogue gallery is great, but getting to see even a glimpse of Huntress, Black Canary, Hawkgirl, Superman, Martian Manhunter, any of the Green Lanterns besides Guy Gardner, would be just as cool.

Not only that, but these kinds of things in these games do the DC universe proper justice; we get hints that the world around and outside of Gotham is awesome in the first game, and the inclusion of these elements, to the point where we get to hear them and see them, is something none of the movies have ever managed to do. And no, seeing someone or hearing someone mentioned before they become badass superheroes or villains doesn't count; that's cheap and you know it.

Virama: Dude, if you have played the first (Asylum) - you'd know that the videos are not pre-rendered.... Which is why I'm eyegasming.

Yeah, I know that it's not ACTUAL gameplay but from what Asylum claimed and then delivered, I have no doubts at all whatsoever.

Actually, a lot of the cutscenes in the original game -are- pre-rendered. You can spot the artefacting quite clearly if you watch closely. Not to mention browse to the game folder to see the .bik files...

turtleblizzard: Oh I guess there goes my "not buy any games". This year had 3 quite interesting games: Alan Wake (Which lacks replayability), RDR (Which is a bit much like GTAIV) and Blur (Which is just a racer in the end)

But next year:
- Arkham City
- Mass Effect 3
- TESV: Skyrim
Now that's goddamn! All can be masterpieces
I'm also super excited about Uncharted 3 on top of all those 3... goddamn November is going to be a busy time

The Arkham games should remain about Batman, after all it's Batman: Arkham City not Justice League: Arkham City. That said it would be nice to see couple of cameo's to add flavour. Barbera Gordon/Oracle played a pretty major role in Arkham Asylum, it would be nice if they could get in Jeffrey Coombs to voice The Question/Vic Sage.

What would be my measure in adding cameos is "If this was a batman comic, would the cover say FEATURING SUPERMAN!!?" If yes then its not a batman game anymore

catwoman locked unless you buy new
day 1 and preorder dlc everywhere
you have to buy a damn blu ray of a terrible movie to get a costume

I can't find any information on the retail boxed DRM to save my soul. Wouldn't really bug me if they hadn't delayed it over a month for no real reason, so way to go WB :P
