Ok, so, after looking through a couple of 6770s I've noticed they seem to come in different prices and from different manufacturers. Is there any practical difference between an Asus, XFX and Sapphire card or should I just get the cheapest?
GTX 560 TI Looks fairly nice, its not TOO Expensive and fairly good, however im saving up so ill be able to build a pc when the GTX 780 releases.

NVM, your looking for some real budget stuff, ATI is generally cheaper in this regard.

Yeah the 6770 looks the best, i should of stated earlier it's basically an upgraded version of the one i recommended the 6670. Didn't know how cheap it was though, it looks really good.

I'd recommend the Asus one, not sure what others would say.
Ok, quick update to say I'm going with this rig:

Radeon 5770 (Listing it first as that was the point of the thread ;))
The Core2Duo/motherboard/RAM bundle
Windows 7 home premium

Any more comments, recommendations, or suggestions for parts? I already have the case, hard drive, DVD drive(s), floppy drive and a 400W PSU from the original rig. Will they be enough or am I forgetting anything?

If u have enough spare money u can upgrade ur PSU...
I have a Geforce 250GTSand I'm very happy with it, gets good results on all the games I play. Radeon's are good but Nvidia do have the benefit of PhysX. As a majority of games are console ports at the moment, you won't get much out of spending a fortune on a graphics card anyway unless you're going beyond gaming.

The Core 2 series are great especially the quads and most of them can be overclocked brilliantly. My Core 2 Quad Q6700 is overclocked from 2.6ghz to 3.2ghz comfortably.
