Stretching the premise with this one, but I do like a chance to mention Galapagos: Mendel's Escape. An early excursion into neural net based gameplay.

I enjoyed running around in the Cyberpunk FPS William Shatner's TekWar when it came out.
The game was badly flawed at times though! XD

This might seem like a random recommendation but parts of Saints Row IV are cyberpunk-ish.
