Thanks for that, I'll try to find out whether it's DRM-free or not. The original version had Starforce, which I'm trying to avoid at all costs.

drennan: Gamersgate apperently have it, but it's "Only available in North America". The online system mentioned above is limited to a handful of countries as well.
I don't think it was back when I bought it...

I've bought BM from JustAdventure in a bundle some six months ago, and it has GameShield, comes with a key to 'unlock' the game (installs as a 20 day trial I think).

If memory serves, the Starforce copy protection of the original's release was fairly simple to circumvent as the drivers weren't installed until after the game was launched for the first time.

...Also GamersGate seems to have it DRM-free.
DotEmu's version is a 5200 MB download, while GamersGate's version is a 3158 MB download. Do you know what is the difference between both versions? I mean, is 2 GB more, it has to be something... :P

EDIT: After searching and reading a lot, it seems DotEmu's version includes bonuses like wallpapers, soundtrack, etc... and is also multi-language (FR, SP, DE...), while GamersGate's version is only in English and no extras. Maybe you can confirm DotEmu's?
