Hi everyone.
The name's Bruno and I've been a GOG community member for some time now.
Yesterday evening, thanks to macuahuitlgog's contest, I won my first GOG game.
I always knew this was a wonderful community but winning that contest made me feel so enthusiastic and grateful that I felt the need to give something back.
So now's my time to gift a GOG game to you.
The game at stake will be tomorrow's (Tuesday, 19th of July) Hidden Gem.
Wanna know how to win this contest?
It's very simple.
Below you will find a video clip.
Just watch it and try to give me the correct answer to this question: "Why is the dog barking and howling?"
There is no audio, don't worry about it, it's part of the contest.

3 simple rules:

1) Only one guess per person (later, if necessary, you will be given another chance).
2) I'm not giving any clues right now but then again, if necessary, I will be :)

SOLUTION

It was feeling lonely and wanted company.

There is a cat on top of the wall, roof or whatever is that (fence maybe). At least I think the shadow of the cat can be seen at 0:33.

Another dog was barking somewhere in the distance, so it joined in.

Hmm, Its afraid of a big air balloon that's of camera?
(That's what I get for watching that Dog Whisperer show). ;)

Up till now each answer you gave is higly believable but it's not the right one, sorry.

Time for the first hint: the dog you see belongs to my neighbor. But in my neighborhood there are plenty of dogs.
That dog is the only one that howls as a reaction to a specific event that happens in the surroundings.
The only one.
Let's say it's a very peculiar dog.
I know it's not a very strong hint.
