I contacted support and wating but i can't purchase any games from GOG with any credit card for now. I've missed the Divinity 2 sale because of this.

I hope they solve it soon because i want to buy Theme Hospital.

Has anyone have the same problem?
Nope, bought Theme Hospital without issue. Have you tried another card? Also keep in mind that GOG will only accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and PayPal.

Have you contacted the issuer of your card? Or if they have a website where you can track your purchases, can you see as to why you can't purchase anything?

I also tried with another card which isn't mine i can't buy with that card too. Support said that system automatically blocks you for changing IP's and thinking that as a fraud. I bought over 200+ games from GOG until now and that never happened. Why now?
Did you access GOG from a computer you never used before? One that might connect through an IP region that's very different from your usual one? Have you been using any software that obfuscates your IP, or relays your traffic through another country (proxies, VPN, etc.)? Is it possible that somebody obtained your password, and tried to access your account?

Just some possibilities from the top of my head.

I have similar problem regularly. Most of the time it works fine but sometime it tells me that there was an issue with my credit cards, if I retry a little later same issue. But some days later it works again fine.

Usually when that happens I try twice and then switch to Paypal; tried once to contact my bank about it but they told me that they didn't had any "payment tentative" on their side so that it was probably an issue with the shop(gog).

You should never "miss a sale" if your card doesn't work.

Just ask on the forums for some help and someone will help you out, for example, by buying the game for you and you paying them back with another GOG in the future.
Triple check your info, GOG's pay system is anal as fuck. I thought my Georgian Visa wouldn't work here for months and it ended up they wanted a space in my last name that no one else ever cares about.
I only use PayPal when I pay for things online. This way I know that they are approved vendor and I have security from Paypal that I can get my Money Back if I do not receive the goods. In addition to this, Banks trust Paypal and you do not have to use a Credit Card and worry when the expiration date is.
I've had my card (which I've used since coming here) rejected about twice this year, but never before that. Both times I just tried again either a few minutes later or in an hour or so. It worked.

It really does suck to have missed something you wanted because of this. I missed a few sales largely cause I couldn't put cash in my bank and have it count because of banks being closed on Sunday and the funds not being available until Monday.
I've declined again.
I've done it using paypal. But credit card is still a no go.

Hmm..I'm using a VPN with dynamic IP addreses when ordering from GOG, and I've never had a problem. Other sites will not even accept orders if IP address does not match up with your home address.
I've been having the same problem with my card recently as well GOG. And I have contacted your support who advised me to contact my financial institution. Who advised me there was nothing wrong on their end. I only have had problems using it here. And it's the same card I've used for all of my GOG purchases since I've joined. It's strange. Because sometimes the transaction will go through and sometimes it won't. And it only started recently about the same time that these other threads from people with similar issues started popping up. So, it might be something worth looking into. Especially, if it means the difference between making and losing sales and customers.

Unfortunately other customers and potential customers who have not developed the loyalty that I have for GOG may just move on. If I remember correctly this problem has caused me to miss a few games that I may have otherwise picked up during a past promo.

My card's stopped working too, although using it via PayPal is fine.
