I'm passing up the Steam daily because I'm attempting to go DRM free whenever possible and Giana II is very possible seeing how cheap it is at normal retail.

But with sales like $1.24 it makes it hard to resist submitting to DRM.

Can we maybe see $2.50?

You do realise GOG dont play game sale wars with Steam unlike Amazon right?.

Sure they do, now. (They sort of "recanted" what they said about big sales being bad for publishers.)
Giana 2 is already out I take it?

This is the standalone expansion, RIse of the Owlverlord... not really a sequel.

Its more like Giana 1.5. Rise of the Owlverlord is a standalone expansion pack, essentially.
Ah thanks! I had read that there were some issues with the developer and the DRM-free version, though I never remember what had happened.
Rise of the Owlverlord was over 50% off on GOG as part of this past holiday promo. I don't remember the exact price but it was part of the platformer bundle.
