I have been trying to get in touch with the staff on gog.com by sending messenges from the "contact us" page. Problem is that i haven't got an answer yet and the last one i sent was two weeks ago.
Does anyone know why?

Try again. It something that happens from what I hear and you have to poke them again. And yeah, do tell us your problem. Lots of times the community can help, even if it's just with some advices.
