I live in America and my card doesn't allow for international transactions. Is there another way to buy games with a non-international credit card?

Try Paypal. You can either simply connect the card to the Paypal account so funds are drawn directly from the card (it should bypass the "internatinal" barrier), or add funds to the account (in case the previous doesn't work).

Or get a Paysafe card. Frankly I don't know where you get them and how widespread they are but apparently it's a thing.
