hey guys , i just bought myself a copy of arma 2 and i have the gog installer , i used it before for other games with my most recent was when torchlight was free , #bought arma 2 and clicked on the install button but it does noting and the installer dosent do anything.

ive asked technical support for help but the last 3 emails from them keep repeating the same stupid advice that dosent work , so was hoping sum1 might actually have a clue on the forum because i refuse to buy anymore games until i get this sorted.

Well unless you tell us what the advice was, we may only just be repeating what they said. Try uninstalling the downloader and re-install it, see if that helps.

Or you can just download it via browser.

A possibility is that you've a slow hard drive as I believe Arma 2 is rather large so it may take a few seconds, perhaps even a minute for it to start. Are you sure there's no process in task manager? If there isn't that means it's a different issue so you can ignore my post then.
