It can take a few minutes to be added to your collection, it took around a half hour (I think) for it to show up in mine.

Same here, took a bit under an hour to receive the e-mail, just wait a bit more before contacting support :)

Just be patient, you are already in the queue to receive it once GOG catches up with the mayhem. Expect an email to notify you when it's been added.

Actually, this isn't normal. It's because they are giving away Dungeon Keeper for free, and there is a huge load to process. If you actually buy a game, aka spend real money, your game will be added to your collection immediately, and your receipt mailed to you straight away.

Its just a backlog, took over an hour for it to get added to my account. Just keep an eye on your registered email address and once you get an order confirmation email it will be on your shelf.

Either that or the dog will have hid it in his bed, that's what mine usually does or it has fell behind a cupboard.

Also note that it is available as a gift code if you already own it, but it's not obvious when you click the link.
