Hi, I've used the downloader for before but for some reason it will not recognize my password anyomore. I can log into GOG.com and I have even reset my password and tried that - but still no joy.

I want to play The Witcher!!

Wow, way to necro an old topic that had previously been necro'd. This is like the unkillable zombie thread.

As for the problem, what you are experiencing is not what the OP was running into, he was still using the old downloader instead of the newer one that had recently been released at the time (the old downloader was disabled, making it impossible to log in with it).

I'm assuming that you are already using that current downloader, given your registered date. Are you entering your e-mail address and password correctly? The downloader has had problems with e-mail addresses that are not all lower case in the past, you might try entering yours in all lower case (if you weren't already).

The downloader apparently cares about letter case in the e-mail address, while the website dos not. Make sure you enter the address with the same case as you've registered with.

UsEr@E-mail.com is (wrongly) treated as different from user@e-mail.com by the downloader.
