I have a MacBook Pro from late 2008 running Mountain Lion. I also frequently use Boot Camp, and I have no problems with this site on the Windows partition.
When I try to open a support ticked with GOG from the Mac partition, though, I'm simply not able to upload files on the support page. I click on the upload button, I choose my file to upload, and I click open and... nothing gets uploaded. It's as if I didn't click on the button in the first place.
This becomes especially annoying because the site also does not allow me to submit a ticket without including a system report. Even though it says it's optional. And there's no option for me to enter the information manually. So in other words, I can't submit a support ticket at all. And I've tried this on two different browsers (Firefox and Safari) with the same result.
That's incredibly frustrating. My System Shock 2 save file is broken, but I can't fix it because the support page is also broken.
Last time I had an issue, I had to submit a ticket for a website issue, and then submit the necessary files via e-mail. I don't want to do this every time I have a problem with one of my games.
