It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Hi, anyone know how to give a browser (Chrome in my case, but I think that this is a windows option since no browser is able to use the links) permission to run a program? I accidently clicked the do not allow link in the box that pops up, and now I can't find anywhere to change it.

That setting is probably under your "Tools" menu if you're patient enough to find it. I can check and see if I can find a user guide for you.

Post edit: I found this. It's not what you need but potentially it'll get you close to what you're looking for. http://www.ehow.com/how_6794184_allow-pop_ups-google-chrome.html

Tried this, doesn't fix anything...I've searched all through the tools menu and found nothing.
Downloader seems to be off line. I had a program 90% downloaded, and it quit and will not restart.

Truth be told, I find it odd that any browser would exist that has a function to disable hotlinks, given that... EVERYTHING is a hotlink basically.

You could try reducing your security settings instead, that might be enough to get it working.
