I had a problem using my Visa card this weekend. I purchased a deal recently(Or tried to) and after I was finished putting in all the info, it was stuck processing on the page for some reason. While I was waiting for quite a bit, I decided to check to see if I had paid for it on my account and I did, so I tried refreshing(Probably a dumb idea might I add), but I had to put in the info again for some reason, I tried to again and it said I couldn't use the card. So I paid for it(Dunno how) but didn't receive my games. I sent in for a ticket from the support team but they haven't answered yet
It's christmas season, there probably that's the cause of the delay.
I had a similar problem with Paypal, wait for support response, they will help you ;)
Sorry for the crap Christmas "present." Support is usually really good about this stuff, I don't know if they have anyone physically present today. If you don't get some love tomorrow make some noise and I'm sure a community person will be by to nudge the support folks for you.

Also, dunno if you know, but they're in Poland, so it's kind of the middle of the night over there just now.

i've had this exact thing happen to me before, they just issued a refund for one of the payments that went thru for me, it takes a little time but GOG is always on top of their game
I have received my games, the support team were able to do fix the problem right away. Thanks again to those who replied to me on the forum, and thanks to the GOG Support Team.

Thanks for the update, Friikshow. If nothing else it's reassuring to other new customers to see that these things are properly resolved should such problems ever arise for them.
