I hope he intends to play with the unofficial patch, cause Arcanum has many a game-breaking bug without it...

If he plays the standard version, maybe he could get it fixed!

I wonder what kind of character build he'll go for. Standard advice is to emphasise the stats that provide the most dialogue options; I imagine he'd have an interest in doing that, given his background. But then you have to decide how to develop your remaining stats in light of the magic/technology opposition...

Now that's a cool idea, hope they'll make their goal.:)

I'm also excited for this. Though I feel like it is going to be weird watching him play Arcanum - both because it is him, and because I have played it so many times that when I go through areas I can literally be on auto-pilot. So yeah, I wonder what choices he will make and character he will play with.
