Waking Mars for only $1.99 + Tex Murphy Series, Simon the Sorcerer, and many more 70% off!

Waking Mars, an exploration-focused platformer in which you discover and tend to a robust ecosystem in Martian underground caves, celebrates its second anniversary. To cellebrate it, the game (which comes with the addition of full soundtrack) is available 80% off. That's only $1.99 for the entire week. It’s creators, a small indie team working under the label Tiger Style, were kind enough to answer a few of our questions about inspirations, game design, and the transition from AAA development into core indie scene. You can read the interview in GOG.com Blog.

Now, let's move on to our [url=http://www.gog.com/promo/classic_adventures_weekend_promo_280214]Classic Adventure Cruise Weekend Promo with landmark adventure games available whole 70% off. You can stay in the Martian landscape for a little bit longer with Tex Murphy, the fedora-and-trenchcoat PI of the grim future. All of the classic adventure games with that fan-favorite character are available for $2.99 each, except for the first two bundled together for just $1.79. Or, if you prefer fantasy and comedy to Sci-Fi gloom and doom, you can't go wrong with Simon the Sorcerer, Simon the Sorcerer 2, and Simon the Sorcerer 3D This cherished series of adventure classics is known for its tongue-in-cheek humor, devious puzzles, and countless allusions to popular fantasy books, games, and movies. While the first two games use hand-crafted pixel-art graphics and a traditional point-and-click interface with clickable on-screen commands, the third one takes Simon’s misadventures into a 3D environment while retaining all (well, ok: most) of its predecessors’ charm. Put yourself in the pointy shoes of a young apprentice of wizardry for 70% off, this weekend only on GOG.com

That's just a small sample of the adventure lineup in Classic Adventure Cruise Weekend Promo, so make sure you visit the promo page and see what other gems can you get 70% off. The offer lasts until Tuesday, March 4, at 4:59AM GMT. The Waking Mars anniversary special lasts until Friday, March 7, at 10:59AM GMT.

JinseiNGC224: Harvest Moon confirmed ;D

Well, "Harvest" for sure at least. I have a pretty good idea :)

triock: Why not Harvester?:p
SHHHH :P

yyahoo: According to the Night Dive thread, ND has been working on getting Harvester. So, this is probably most likely.
FYI to others- don't wiki the game Harvester because there are spoilers right in the front.

Outerdementor: Stardew Valley would be awesome. Kind of like Harvest Moon for the PC. Coming soon to a digital competitor. Would be cool if he offered a DRM free version here on GOG.

Also awesome timing on the discount. I was looking into the Tex Murphy games yesterday after hearing about Tesla Effect on RPS. Will be adding to my shelf. :D
I took a quick look at the website it certainly does remind me of Harvest Moon. I thought the game was still unfinished.

Yeah I doubt it will be released in a week. Wasn't thinking when I posted. By soon I mean within the year hopefully.

Harvester looks kind of interesting though. Watched a few minutes on Youtube.
I think that was a tiberium harvester. Regional pricing brings us C&C to GOG! Yay!

...ah, no, wait, it's the 4th one. Nevermind.
"The Lodge would like to remind you, gently and lovingly, of a self-evident fact for which they will not be blamed. You can't stay in Harvest without becoming a Harvester."

Can you please start posting these in the original post?

G-Doc: Hi!

Just dropped by to leave this here:

The Week on GOG #4, on GOG.com Official blog (which you totally should follow to make me happy).

It contains the Enigmatic Hint for an upcoming release ;-)

Bye!
Farmville is coming to GOG? That's definitely something we didn't see coming...
Would be lovely if it was Emperor: Battle for Dune.
Yay, another $10 worth of adventure games I will never play!
Another great promo! Thanks, GOG! I'll just grab Simon the Sorceror 1 & 2 this time. :)
Very tempting, especially the Broken Sword games. :)
I have a number of these, but a few look quite tempting. Too bad for me the sale probably won't be around Monday afternoon :/

Oo, I would love to play that. I'm a huge fan of the Harvest Moon games and am always interested in games that try to capture that relaxing and yet charming game environment. Of course, Stardew Valley could have come before the first Harvest Moon (never heard of it before, so I'm not sure, I'd have to research it). Either way, I'll be looking out for it.

In regards to the promo, I already own quite a few on the list (first world problems), BUT I did buy Waking Mars. It looks like a beautiful game. I'm also in the mood for something relaxing after switching between four different racing games and three strategy games on both my collection of consoles and my PC. Gaming can be exhausting at times. ;)

A harvester is harvesting during a harvest ...
Something tells me this isn't the Eye of the beholder hint I was hoping for.
