I recently ordered 4 2 metre DVI cables for the monitors I want to use on my desk.

First thing that was above and beyond was receiving them the next day, even though I didn't pay next day delivery for them..

While I was trying the configuration out, I discovered one of the cables wasn't working. The monitor detected something was plugged in, but wasn't getting a signal. Swapping the cable to a different one worked.. but that meant I had a broken cable :(

On Saturday, I ordered a couple more cables (spares are good) and sent a message to the company telling them that one of the cables was defective. I didn't ask for or even mention a replacement or refund.

An apology, saying they'd not had that issue before and they would be sending a replacement cable out on Monday was the response I got.

I received a package from them today (again, next day delivery I didn't pay for). Took out the two new cables I had brought and the replacement they had sent... and to my confusion, another cable. I checked the invoice.. nope, definitely says I only brought two cables.

Opened the folded invoice and hand written at the bottom?

2 extra included, as inconvenience for faulty cable.

Just.. wow.

I will be happy to buy things from this company again, that's for certain. An excellent demonstration of how to make a customer actually enjoy being a customer!

Anyone else have some positive experiences they can share?
That's pretty awesome. I need some stuff but unfortunately they don't offer the products I need, would definitely order from them.
Yeah, when I bought my watercooling kit (Swiftech), one of the retaining screws for the water block was stripped. I e-mailed them about it, asking if it was possible to get a replacement screw. They couriered a new backing plate, retaining bracket, and 4 new screws. No charge, and they never even asked for the old parts as proof the screw was stripped. Got it within two days. I was impressed.

They seem to have a lot more stuff on their Amazon/eBay stores than on their site. Did you check those out too?

Yes, but no dice. I'm mainly looking for a new mouse really, but I haven't decided which one I'll buy yet anyway, so not a biggie.

Creative in general.

They always treat me like key customer, even in the issue is about headphones for 5 $;)

OTH i always seems to have problems with Asus;)

In fairness, they didn't deliver any more than they promised, but so far they have done exactly what they promised for the prices they promised to do it for. That's more than can be said for any major international shipping company I've tried, so I give them massive credit for doing it.

If you live in a crappy obscure country that no one delivers to, where you get extorted by customs when you even try to import something for personal use, these are the people to use. They deliver to your door, and don't charge extra for whatever corruption they encounter on the way.

Yes you can. You get a US postal address which you can then use when ordering things. When it arrives to that address, they will either forward it on to you directly, or if you ask them to, they will repackage your items to make them smaller to reduce shipping costs. If you order a bunch of items from different places, you can get them to wait for all of it to arrive, then package it up together and send as one, again to save costs.

It's $30 per year + slightly inflated shipping costs, but the overall cost and outcome is still cheaper and more importantly, far less hassle than other companies I've tried to use.

No way!
I'll either get another G500 (my previous one broke) or get one of the Steelseries products, just to try something new. Razer is not for me.
