"Sony appealed the customs blockade, and the court has now lifted the injunction with no more seizures to be applied. LG has also been ordered to pay Sony’s €130,000 in legal fees, with an additional €200,000 to be added for each day it fails to pony up the dough"
So after thousands of PS3's were blocked for shipment over europe the block was lifted and things resumed as usual, the difference here now is that LG has to pay Sony a nice sum of cash, it's hard to tell how this will end, in the beggining LG had some luck but now Sony has the upper hand
