I seem to be having a weird and very annoying computer issue.
When playing some shooters such as Half-Life 2, Kingpin and Painkiller, my computer crashes / restarts whenever I press the key "D" (strafe right) while clicking the left mouse button (fire).
The screen goes black for a few seconds and the in-game sounds hang before the computer restarts. I get a list of options for running Windows (safe mode, normal and so on), choose normal mode and log into Windows as usual. Once the desktop loads I get a pop-up window telling me that Windows has detected a blue screen issue of some sort. I haven't pursued this error message yet.
I'm currently using an Acer Aspire 5738ZG laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bit), SP 1.
I'm not expecting much feedback on this awkward problem, but if you have any ideas, please share.
