Hey guys, I'm trying to use my WeShop coupon to pick up a few things through D2D but it keeps giving me the [Error. Unable to process transaction.] Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me?
When you apply the Weshop coupon, does it go through correctly? (Like no error?)

If yes, then it might be your payment method. Happened to me once, but it marked that my credit card was a potential fraud (pre-paid visa).

No, it isn't going through correctly once I add the coupon. It is still making me try to check out with PayPal (even though I owe nothing and in fact there would be some credit return if anything.) After it attempts to process, it just comes back as the error I posted. I have tried contacting D2D, but they haven't gotten back with me yet.

Could be your method of payment is being flagged by them for some reason. Have you typed all the info in properly? I once misspelled my address on a credit card payment form and it didn't go through until I corrected it.

It could also be that their system for financial transactions is having a hiccup for many people or even everyone.
Well, one things sure, you wont get money back from a coupon hehe!!!

But a part from that your only payment method is paypal? Cant you just click checkout if nothing is left to pay? I just bought the whispered world with store credit I had (that covered it fully); after I just had to click proceed order or something

Actually, I just got a response back from them, and it appears that they have something in place to prevent using the coupon unless the cart value is at $20 or more. My guess is to prevent people from getting credit back or something. I guess now I got to rework my checkout method to figure out what I am going to get. It would be a hell of a lot easier if they allowed more than 3 items at check out.

I was never able to make a purchase from D2D - I got that same error regardless of payment method. After a few useless rounds with their tech support, I gave up and deleted the account.
