sera: I just link my paypal account with my debit card so basically paypal just become an interface to my bank account. This works well as paypal doesn't actually store any of my funds and therefore can be trusted. They can't just go into my account and take money otherwise it counts as stealing and I can always reverse the transaction at the bank.
Same here. And worked fine. and in my bank it's possible to take of the card payment option in the net off in a matter of seconds. I bought witcher 2 with paypal and had no trouble. euros transferred to US dollars without any mystical incident.

Edit: Still, I mostly created my paypal account for GOG.

Edit2: euro sucks a bit but I payed 46 € for W2 and got two games in a side. So I won't be buying anything this summer except beer. Well maybe crusader: no remorse. =)

HoneyBakedHam: I don't know why you think Amex and Discover are bloodsucking.

OctopusMan: Have you seen the CEO of Amex, Kenneth Chenault?
My God! It's the Count!

"20% interest, 30% interest, 40% interest AH AH AH AH !"

HoneyBakedHam: ... I wish they'd take Amex (and Discover, for that matter)

Namur: I wish they'd implement a payment option i suggested years ago.
