I always knew it was because a mod had posted, but i just clicked on the thread text. I never clicked directly on the exclamation mark. I accidentally did it yesterday, so that's how i found that it only shows mod posts. Groovy.

I scroll, but I'm looking at thread titles, not the borders. :-) I probably have seen it at some point but it just didn't register because it wasn't really what I was focusing on. Even now, I probably can't tell you the order of things on the top of the home page, or what's in the boxes to the right.
