Ok, there may be SOME positive aspects of this...a The Dig movie with a Disney budget, Guybrush Threepwood and Jack Sparrow teaming up in a future Pirates of the Carribean film. Or maybe a future Star Wars film/book/comic/animation will have Jedi going to Asgard to ask for Thor's help against the Sith. And maybe a time travel story in which Darth Vader comes to Earth and has a battle royale against Iron Man. How about a new M-wing fighter that looks like Mickey's head?
Of course the above is filled with sarcasm, but in all seriousness, if they can do a Star Wars animated series as good as Tron Uprising, it will be waaaaay better than The Clown Wars. Really, just that prospect alone shows this can't be all bad.
I feel very bad for Dark Horse comics, though. Star Wars comics have been their top titles. Now that they will inevitably go to Marvel, I hope Dark Horse stays afloat.
