I bought the retail version, but the game was highly choppy due to my venerable gaming rig, the skill system seemed promising from what I got through though.

I bought Dragon Knight Saga on Impulse and finished it, great game, would give it 9/10 easy.
Great humour, gameplay, atmosphere.

I bought the game and expansion off steam got to say great game. Loved the humor in it and the countless easter eggs. Some areas could have worked out better the dragon areas where after a while a bit boring for me but the rest of the game made up for it.

Also music and the voice acting is spot on and enhanced the gameplay.

Had Divinity 2 and then bought Dragon Knight saga to play the whole game 2nd time (thats something to say when it comes to me).

The graphics are now marvelous, the humour and story-line is just simply snatching and wont let you until you finish the game!

The combat is very well done and so is the overall progression experience. Sure, there are quite few side-quests which may be a bit of a grind to get to their end however, there may very well be few funny and relaxing "things" in between.

I also recommend mind-reading everybody. Slows down a lil on leveling process but its well worth the fun :D

Overall, 9/10 for myself as well.

Alright I recently picked up Divinity 2 Dragon Knight Saga started brand new from Ego Draconis and I can honestly say having played the first part of the original Ego Draconis on Xbox that this version is definitively improved in basically every aspect. I love how they took all the DLC armors and put them within the game making it much easier to gear up rather then relying only on randomized rare drops to get anything good. In the original game I spent HOURS I mean HOURS reloading to finally get a decent ring,armor,weapon to fight with that would match my build here I maybe reload 10 times to get something decent. BTW When you buy the game you get a Art Book, and the Sound Track to the game along with the Game+xpac pretty much the best 40$ I've spent this year.

10/10 for me!

Divinity 2 DKS was the best game I played in the last few years.
