If so, GamersGate would like your feedback: http://didimatic.com/forum/index.php/topic,199.0.html

(Yeah, sorry for the spam, but given that few people visit the Didimatic forums right now, I feel posting this will help get a bit more feedback for them).
I have no idea what this is, but I've only purchased one or two things there.
It's basically where you can ask other users for help in regards to a game you purchased. People who answer (and have their answer marked as the solution) can earn blue coins. It's a great system in concept, but could certainly do with some improvements. And it's nice to see they are asking for feedback.

But as they don't have their own forums yet, they've taken to using mine to get feedback. And while I may be prejudiced a bit, they are a decent service that actually do listen to their customers, so if anyone has some feedback for them, please give it.
I replied to the thread in your forums. Their current system is to clumsy IMO and i'm not exactly sure what they want to do with it.
Yea, I use it. Not for my problems, as I still haven't had any problems with the 5 games that I now own on GamersGate, but to actually help people with their problems.

I think I aquired around 11,000 blue coins, around 10,000 just from that service, and as a result I got myself a free copy of The Witcher.

I wish more people were using it, and people were more active in replying to their own questions, and marking them as solved.

What the service lacks is an email notification, if someone has replied to your question or answer, you should get an email, notifying you that there is a reply. That way, people will actually be more active on it.

@Bansama, please pass this feedback on to your forums if you want.

Yup that's exactly what I said. There is currently no way of knowing when someone has asked a question you can answer or when someone has replied to you.

Yea... this may not be much of a deal for the regular users of GG, but the new users that don't visit the site much, it is a must-have.
I never use it. It looks confusing and I agree with the other comments here. The other thing I dis like is the little narrow column that it offers to view comments.

I will say, I use GG more than other DD systems out there as the games are good, excellent pricing, support always responds, and I have yet to have an issue with any game purchased through them (about 40 games at this point).

They have even refunded my money back on two occasions. One where it listed DRM free but was not, and once when i simply made an error and did not notice a game had DRM on it. It was totally my fault and they still refunded me.

Hard to beat that kind of service. Plus the blue coins as sweet. :o)

Yeah, that's my biggest concern with it. But yeah, if you don't want to post the feedback yourself, I'll either copy it and post it over there or just link here when I give some feedback tomorrow -- my brain is too tired tonight after the rush-job-translation-from-hell I got yesterday evening which has completely fucked up my schedule for the rest of this month and the beginning of the next.
Replied in your forum. I hope they like my ideas.
Any more feedback?
It's definitely a good way to earn Blue Coins, that's for sure. But when it comes to really troubleshooting the problem....ehhhhhhhhhhhhh.....

Well, I pretty much agree with everything you posted here: http://didimatic.com/forum/index.php/topic,199.msg5227.html#msg5227

Site feedback maybe?

The current website is very heavy on pictures. Redesigning the site with a simpler, cleaner look would be a major upgrade.

One thing I would love to see is a clean metro design. Basically, the focus will be on clean, fast HTML and CSS code, and not on images and crap.
Well I do answer problems on ocasion there but I've never asked solution so far so I don't know how that side works.

My problem is that I currently have is that I currently have some half dozen answered questions sitting in my box, some of which I've given proper answer but they are not getting marked as solved and some I've not received any reply and am unsure what to do with.

On thing that most certainly would need improvement is searching and organising the solutions in the tutor as it's pain it the butt to look for solution thru it among the already given solutions.
