Hello all, I have been looking at starting a game of DA ultimate edition and I am curious about modding. I was hoping to find a few, good mods that fit in well with the game world. Do people have any recommendations?

Additionally, which site is best for mods when it comes to a comprehensive collection of the best mods that preferably does not require me to register with the site.

Dragonagenexus is the best site for mods, but if you wan't to download any mod over 2 megabytes in size, then you'll have to give them an email address.

You can still grab a lot of mods that weigh in under 2megs, its usually just the pretty mods that are larger.

I recommend (keep in mind I played this back on patch 1.03/4 so these mods may no longer be compatible with the latest version of Dragon Age or its expansion).

You might also like to try The Winter Forge which adds more robust (too much so for my taste) crafting to the game.

If you do decide to try out 'pretty' mods there are thousands of face morphs for all the companions and many npcs in the game. A lot of the faces are very generic in DAO so it can be quite an improvement.

Is there a mod that alters the camera to make it more similar to NWN 1? So that moving the mouse to the edge of the screen ROTATES rather than pans? I looked in the options for this but it wasn't available :/
