You can also try D-Fend Reloaded, it's a graphic environment for DosBox with an option to install also from CD. Never used it, so I don't know how well it works. In the menu go to "Profile" and then "Install from source media". Then choose "Install from CD Drive" and see what's going on ;-).
http://dfendreloaded.sourceforge.net/index.html?lang=en Edit: While you install the game you maybe want to try to make an cd-image, so you don't need the cd for playing the game anymore. You can use cd-burning programs like nero or imgburn, but there is also an option in D-Fend for this. Before installing the game go in the menu to "Extras"/"Image Files"/"Create ISO Image from CD". I guess he will ask you where to save your image file, maybe you will create a special folder for it (don't use the desktop, I guess d-fend will not move the file and keep it there). After this do the steps described above except you choose "Install from CD Image" at the end. Again, I never done it this way, so no guarantee it really works. The nice thing is that after installing you can create a backup of your installation and you don't need to do all this stuff again the next time.
