Let's do the time warp again*!

Welcome to our [url=http://www.gog.com]DRM-Free Time Machine Sale! Fasten your seatbelts and prepare for a fascinating ride to the early days of PC gaming and back again, with 30 excellent titles selected from the years 1983-2013, available up to 90% off (that is for as little as $0.59!). You'll find amazing games in amazing prices featured one by one on GOG.com main page, and before the sale is done you'll be able to complete your very own display of gaming history on a budget below $65 (because this would be the cost to get every single game in the sale). Are you ready?

There's more than just buying games incredibly cheap to our DRM-Free Time Machine Sale! We're ready to pass its steering wheel (or rather the control console) to YOU. Each game in the sale is offered for a limited time only, and how long we stay in its year is up to you! Each time you see a new game on sale you can vote to either add or subtract 1 second from the timer. Each time you buy a game, you add 3 seconds to the time of it being on sale. We begin with 1983's Zork, bundled with the rest of the Zork Anthology of 6 games in total, for only $1.79. How long will it last on the front page? You'll be the judge. What comes next, as the game of 1984? Let's find out!

Let's take a trip in GOG.com's DRM-Free Time Machine Sale! 30 great games from 1983-2013 will be available up to 90% off, and you get to decide how long each game is on sale. Ready? The technomagical gateway to 1983 opens NOW!

* "Again?", you might ask, "when did they ever do the time warp?". Well, once you embark on a journey through time, all becomes relevant and there's absolutely no guarantee that what you are doing, you are doing for the first time. In fact, that's highly improbable. After all, time isn't linear. It's more like a giant wobbly-bobbly goggy-boggy ball of gaming awesome!

Infinity8: Hey guys! I just heard about this sale on Reddit, hope I haven't missed much. Gothic, eh? Not a bad price, but I've already got it. I can't wait for Deus Ex to go on sale, I've been looking for that one for a long time.
In case you're not kidding, this is what you've missed so far:

And I hate to be the one to give you the bad news but DX was already on sale...for the past 6 hours

DrRoxo: Please say this is a novelty account and you're just kidding :D
Same thing happened to me with Eador in the last sale. I'd been waiting for it half the night, went to bed, got up just in time to find out I missed it by less than five minutes.

ggf162: OH DEAR GOG

YOU MUST BE KEAN-ING ME
BURN THEM!!!! Or wait for P1na to get back online...
Since Steam is effectively blocked by my ISP because of too much bandwidth consumption, I'm buying all the games I love on GoG before I throw away my modem.

Eff you Globe Telecoms!

Is this true, or are we being keaned by a keaneman. :)
Havn't got Gothic 1 on GOG yet. Only Gothic 2 Gold. NICE! ^^
Finally something after the whole Deus Ex 1 thing I ALREADY OWNED D:
I mean those are fantastic games. But it's frustrating if you wanna buy it and realize you already own ist :I
Nice to see Gothic on sale. I am not in love with it (those controls...), but it goes on sale so much less often then its sequels, that there must be plenty of GOGers who have been waiting for the chance to pick the original up.
Oh s**t, my card stopped working at this late time...LOL -_-'
What the hell T_T

You don't want it. It's not a good game I hear.

good joke! :D
Well, I am going to bed while Gothic is on sale, while it is still safe to do so.

I doubt anything will top DX's time, but if it does, it will be one heck of a gruelling sale...
For those jumping on Gothic, do notice that it only lists XP and Vista as OSs. If that's accurate, I imagine plenty of people who didn't notice will be rather pissed in a little while...

One of those games that, along with Mass Effect 3, has broken me of my pre-ordering habit.
Lots of people always complain about Gothic 1 almost never being on sale and now looks people aren't much interested...

Works fine on WIN7 Pro for me.
