Those charts are reported to be slides from agency presentations. Visual aids. Most of the info comes from a speaker. Those slides only serve as visual aids for the listener.

Still makes you wonder what the speaker is going on about and sort of suggests the intelligent agencies we rely on are further lost than church patrons on a Sunday.

For one thing they're associating it with one organization (like Illuminati lore) from what I've seen most people are crafty and manipulative.

i think a few posters had not understood that. i was gonna mention it in response to the comments about slide quality. -As visual aids, they ought be simple. They are meant to be viewed at distance while someone is talkin at you. They should not be all bling'd out with fancy scrollwork or textured backgrounds. Nor carry alot of info. Just visual ques to help the mind with what it is hearing. :)
